We compare 18 insurers across health, motor, property, life and business lines, recommend the best fit, handle the paperwork, and coordinate every claim. Unlike a tied agent (who only sells one carrier's products), we have no incentive to push the wrong policy.

Carriers pay our commission as part of the standard premium — typically 10-25% on year-1 health, 12-18% on motor, 18-30% on property + travel. You pay the same premium whether you go through us or direct, but you get free comparison, advice, and claims support on top. Commission rates are disclosed on request.

End-to-end. You call us first — never the carrier. Our 9-year-veteran claims lead pre-validates every document, files on your behalf, and chases weekly until paid. Average reimbursement time across our book is 7-14 days for in-network medical, 21-30 days for property.

Yes — with a passport and either a work permit, retirement visa, marriage visa, or LTR visa. Most carriers in our panel underwrite expats up to age 75 for health (some up to 80). Bupa, Cigna, Pacific Cross and Luma write fully portable international policies if you might leave Thailand.

In-network: yes — Bumrungrad, BNH, Samitivej, Bangkok Hospital, Vejthani, MedPark, Praram 9. The hospital bills the carrier directly; you pay nothing at discharge. Out-of-network or overseas: pay upfront, send us receipts, we file and reimbursement lands in 7-14 days.

An AGENT is licensed to sell ONE carrier's products (a captive). A BROKER (us) is licensed by the OIC to place business across multiple carriers — we're independent. Practically: agents recommend whatever fits the carrier they work for; brokers recommend whatever fits you across the whole market.

Varies by carrier. Some accept declared stable pre-existing conditions with a loading (extra premium); others exclude the specific condition; others decline. We pre-screen your medical history against all 7 health carriers in our panel before you formally apply, so you only sign with one that will accept you.

Standard health, motor, property, travel: under 2 hours, typically same-hour. SME group health (10+ employees): 24-48 hours because we need to negotiate with the carrier underwriters directly. HNW + complex commercial: 3-5 business days.
