Allow 2.5 hours — seven courses, sommelier introductions for each pairing, time to enjoy. We don't rush. Make sure your evening is clear; we can hold the kitchen counter for the full sitting.
Wine pairings — what kind of pours?
Five 125ml pours alongside the courses. Standard pairing focuses Argentine Malbec + Patagonian Pinot. Premium upgrades to single-vineyard estate wines. Argentine Heritage adds a sparkling opener and a Late Harvest Torrontés to close.
Can I do zero-proof?
Yes — five-drink zero-proof pairing available at no charge in lieu of wine. Built around fresh juices, fermented teas, and house non-alcoholic infusions. Tell us at booking.
Dietary restrictions?
Vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, halal — we accommodate with 48h notice. Vegan version requires a 7-day notice to rework the menu meaningfully. Severe allergies (nuts, shellfish) handled with priority kitchen-stop protocols.
Deposit and cancellation?
THB 2,000 deposit per person at booking. Fully refundable up to 48h before; inside 48h the deposit moves to another date within 60 days. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
